I understand that affiliation with this show means that I will agree to provide, at least two weeks prior to the show,  proof of insurance  in the amount of $1,000,000 General Liability Shows which includes spectators on or about the grounds, and must name MEHJA as additional insured.  I further understand that a copy of the class list will be sent to the MeHJA secretary, Wendy McCann, no less than 30 days prior to the show for review. In addition, I agree to send a copy of the results of the show to the MEHJA within two weeks of the completion of the show to avoid late fees of a minimum of $15 and a maximum of $25. (see rule book for information)
